Processing Time

· All prints are made to order. Processing takes 3–7 business days before shipment.

· Orders are shipped Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).

· Domestic orders: Sent via local courier or postal service.

· International orders: Sent via trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or EMS.

· All orders include a tracking number.

· Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

· International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.

· These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the buyer’s responsibility.

· We have no control over these fees and cannot predict the amount. Please check with your local customs office for details before ordering.

· Domestic: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

· International: 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on location and customs clearance.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

· Prints are shipped rolled in a sturdy tube to prevent damage.

· Wrapped in protective material to guard against moisture, bending, or scratches.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, incorrect addresses, or courier issues.

· If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

· We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
